Foundtro provides product discovery operations for ecommerce stores. This policy explains how it handles information submitted through foundtro.com, payment flows, email, messaging, and agreed service work.

Information collected

Foundtro collects information you choose to submit, such as product URL, store domain, contact details, message details, and payment metadata. It may also collect technical data such as IP address, user agent, timestamps, referral page, and payment or request event identifiers needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to requests, conduct a Priority Product Review, provide agreed implementation or monitoring work, process payments, prevent abuse, maintain records, comply with legal obligations, and communicate about Foundtro services. Foundtro may review agreed public store pages, product pages, schema, feeds, policies, and storefront signals. Do not send passwords, private customer data, production credentials, or information you are not authorized to share.

Sharing and retention

Foundtro uses service providers such as Cloudflare for hosting and security, payment providers shown at checkout, and communication providers where used. It does not sell personal information. Review artifacts, messages, and request events are retained only as long as needed to deliver the service, support a commercial relationship, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet legal and accounting obligations.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection where applicable by emailing hannah@foundtro.com. Foundtro may ask for information needed to verify a request. Nothing in this policy limits privacy rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Security and updates

Foundtro uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure. This policy may be updated as the service, providers, or applicable law change.
