These Terms govern use of foundtro.com and Foundtro services. By submitting a request, buying an agreed scope, or using the site, you agree to these Terms and any applicable written scope.
Services and scope
Foundtro provides Priority Product Reviews, product discovery operations, agreed implementation support, and monitoring for ecommerce stores. A review may identify public product facts that are missing, stale, or inconsistent. The specific deliverables, access, timing, and commercial terms for paid work are set out in a written scope, proposal, invoice, or checkout page.
Authority and safe use
You represent that you own or are authorized to submit any store, product page, feed, API, or data. Do not submit confidential credentials, private customer data, payment-card data, or systems you are not authorized to share. Foundtro may refuse work that is unsafe, unlawful, abusive, or outside agreed scope.
No guaranteed commercial outcome
Foundtro provides observed evidence and agreed implementation work. It does not guarantee rankings, AI answer placement, recommendations, traffic, sales, payment approval, platform support, identical assistant behavior across sessions, or uninterrupted third-party availability.
Payments and client responsibilities
Prices and commercial terms shown in an invoice, proposal, written scope, or checkout control for that work. You are responsible for accurate information, timely agreed access, platform permissions, legal compliance for your store, and reviewing recommended changes before deployment. You remain responsible for fulfillment, customer service, policies, taxes, and store operations.
Third parties and intellectual property
Services may depend on hosting, payment, ecommerce, feed, search, AI, browser, and communication providers. Foundtro is not responsible for their outages, policy changes, fees, decisions, or data practices. Foundtro retains its pre-existing methods, templates, tools, documentation, and know-how; you retain your brand, store, catalog, and pre-existing content unless a written scope says otherwise.
Confidentiality, refunds, and liability
Each party will use reasonable care with the other's non-public information and use it only for the engagement. Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy and any written scope. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Foundtro's aggregate liability for a paid engagement is limited to the amount paid for that engagement in the three months before a claim. Nothing limits non-waivable rights under applicable law.
Changes and contact
Foundtro may update the site, services, prices, and these Terms where needed for security, legal compliance, nonpayment, abuse, or material breach. Questions may be sent to hannah@foundtro.com.
